About SearchOmega
SearchOmega is a search engine technology demonstrator for Search Expander.
SearchOmega is intended to demonstrate how SearchExpander's services, consisting of knowledge panels, instant answers, widgets and more, can be added to a simple, free Google Programmable Search Engine with just a few lines of javascript. This transforms the Google Programmable Search Engine from a very basic search engine, consisting of just 10 search results, into a fully-featured search engine, complete with engaging rich content. By enhancing the search experience, Search Expander can turn the Google Programmable Search Engine into a search engine that most people would be actually happy to use.
Search Expander also works with Bing-powered and Yahoo-powered search engines.
